Social Tennis

Club members enjoy organised play on Tuesday mornings, Thursday twilight (in Spring/Summer/Autumn) and Saturday afternoons. Member groups organise their own social games on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday afternoons, and under lights on the synthetic courts during the week.

At North Beach Tennis Club, "Social" tennis really lives up to its name. Especially check out the famous "Scroungers" social play on Thursday nights!

The flourishing Junior Club (under 17) runs social tennis on Friday nights from 4.30-6.00pm.

Members quite often contact each other for hit-ups through the week, singles and doubles, obviously avoiding utilising courts at times of organised play.

We plan to include a registration function on this site in the near future so that members who are looking for a hitting partner may do so on-line.
